Privacy Statement
This policy applies for the RTMA web site, forums, online newsletter, email and RFP tools.

The RTMA respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. This statement is made available in order to make you aware of our practices regarding the collection and use of individual information of the users of our site including what type of information is gathered and with whom it is shared.

Type of individual information collected
When a user subscribes to an online information service of the RTMA, they may be required to give basic contact information such as a name and email address. This information is then used to contact the user about the service on our site in which they have expressed interest. Upon contact, the user may be prompted to enter demographic data such as address, industry type, and investor type. Also, information is collected about the user's business interests (eCommerce, globalization, etc.). While providing such information is optional, we do encourage it so as to be able to provide a more personal experience for the user.

Use of collected information
As mentioned above, the primary purpose of the information collected from individuals is to customize our services for users of the site. In addition, The RTMA may also employ demographic information for the purpose of conducting market research (conducting surveys, for example). The RTMA may also share data with third parties, including business partners, for marketing purposes. In regard to the latter, the data collected is shared in aggregate form - no information capable of identifying individual users is shared with third parties.

Data security and accuracy
In order to safeguard the privacy of users and maintain the integrity of the data collected, the RTMA pledges to make reasonable efforts to ensure data security. In the case where a users personal information changes, the RTMA will attempt to maintain the accuracy of its data by providing users with a means to edit and update their personal information.

Children
The RTMA does not target children through its web site or any other marketing effort and we will not knowingly collect any information from children. Should we find that we have inadvertently gathered personal information from a child, we will promptly delete this information from our records and databases.

Image Usage
Any imagery or graphic design used on this site and associated online media is for the express use of the RTMA. Any usage of this content without consent is prohibited. Any exceptions to these conditions will be dealt with in a case-by-case manner. The RTMA will in no way display pornographic imagery or sexually perverse material that is offensive. Due to the nature of the business, all imagery is suitable for an audience of 18 and above.

Business Relationships
The RTMA’s web site contains links to other web sites, including those of our business partners. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these web sites or their parent companies.

This Privacy Policy will be continuously assessed against new technologies, business practices and our customers’ changing needs. Privacy practices, which may change from time to time, will be updated in the privacy statement accordingly.
